Bakeapple Dessert
1/2 cup of margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of sifted flour
2 cups of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1-1/2 cups of sweetened fresh bakeapples
Instructions: Place the margarine, sugar, flour, rolled oats
and baking soda in bowl. With finger tips, blend until fine
and crumbly. Spread half the mixture into a pie dish and
spread with bakeapples. Cover the remaining half over the
bakeapples and gently press down with hands until even. Bake
at 350 degrees until golden brown. May be served with
whipped cream.
