Partridgeberry Salad Recipe

1 pkg. cherry jelly 3/4 cup cold water 3/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 apples, diced
1-1/2 cup partridgeberries
1/2 cup sugar
Dissolve cherry jelly in boiling water, cold water and vinegar. Chill until partially set. Add apples, partridgeberries and sugar. Fold and pour into prepared mould
