1 tub of Cool whip
1 box of oatmeal cookies (Breaktime works the best)
4 Crispy Crunch bars
1 cup of milk
You will need an 8 x 8 glass dish. Crispy Crunch bars will need to be crunched into little pieces.
Dip a few of cookies at a time into milk for a couple of seconds. Remove cookies and layer the bottom of the glass dish. Spread cool whip on top of the cookies and sprinkle with some crispy crunch bars. Keep doing this in layers until you get to the top of the dish then sprinkle the remaining bar on the top. Freeze for a couple of hours (I usually freeze it overnight). Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. This taste like the old snack and a half sandwich ice creams you could get in Newfoundland when I was a kid. ENJOY!!
