1/4 to 1/2 cup of cooked fish (preferably salt cod)
1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup red pepper
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
