Christmas Domino’s Recipe:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 cup graham wafers
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tbsp. vanilla custard powder
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 2 cups sifted icing sugar
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. butter
Bottom: Melt 1/2 cup butter. Blend in 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1-teaspoon vanilla, egg, graham crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press in 9-inch pan and chill.
Middle: Cream 1/4 cup butter. Blend in 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder, milk and sifted icing sugar. Spread over the bottom mixture. Chill.
Top: Melt semi-sweet chocolate and 1-tablespoon butter. Spread over the middle and chill before cutting.
