1 cup fine chopped salt pork
1/4 cup butter
4 cups flour
1/2 cup molasses
8 tsps baking powder
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
Fry pork in butter and drain well then add to dry in a bowl. Combine molasses and water, then add to flour mixture and stir. Roll and cut into buns. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
