Boiled Salmon Dinner Recipe

Boiled Salmon Dinner Recipe:

  • 1 lb. Salt Beef (after fat trimmed)
  • 2 lb. Salmon
  • 6 med. potatoes
  • 1 med. turnip cut in wedges
  • 5-6 carrot
  • 2 onions

Soak Salt beef 5 hrs (soaks faster if cut) Boil Salt Beef 2 hrs.

Add Salmon, onion & vegetables and cook until tender, in the least amount of water possible.

Pot liquor will be very sweet.

Dumplings are good with this.
