1/3 to 1/2 cup butter or margarine
1-1/4 cups rolled oats
1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut flakes
2/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. cold water
Coconut flakes
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together into a tight “dough”. Form small balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Put the balls on waxed paper about 20 minutes before serving.
