Baked Blueberry Pudding Recipe

Baked Blueberry Pudding:

  • 1/2 Loaf Stale Bread
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine
  • 2 Cups Blueberries

Crumble bread, add sugar and margarine.

Then grease pudding mold or dish well and press generous layers of mixture on the bottom and around the sides, reserving about 1/3 the crumbs for topping.

Add fruit and then the remaining crumbs.
