Crispy Baked Fillets Recipe:
- 1 pkg. Cod fillets
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. butter
Partially thaw fillets (If Frozen).
Cut into 3-4 pieces or separate fillets.
Combine milk, salt and lemon juice.
Dip fillets in milk mixture, then coat with crumbs.
Place in greased baking dish and dot with butter.
Bake in 450-degree oven until cooked.
