Molasses Tarts

Molasses Tarts Recipe:
  • 1 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup molasses
  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 tsp. spice
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/4 cup tea.

Mix and roll as any pastry dough. Fill with desired Partridgeberry Jam or pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
