Salmon Casserole Recipe

Salmon Casserole Recipe:

2 cups cooked salmon
1 large onion
4 medium sized potatoes
salt & pepper
1 cup milk
flour

Remove bones and flake fish.

Spread half the amount in a buttered casserole.

Cover with thin slices of onion and a generous layer of sliced raw potatoes.

Sprinkle with salt & pepper and dredge with flour.

Repeat these three layers then pour in milk.
